How we are doing… October and December 2015

As of 31 December, 2015 all our homes met Welsh Housing Quality Standard.

*100% gas serving had been completed as at 31 December 2015.

We completed 4,938 emergency, urgent and non-urgent repairs between October and December 2015. Nearly all were on time and to tenant satisfaction. Nine out of ten repairs were completed on time. Nearly 100% tenants were happy overall with the repairs process. Eight out of ten repairs were completed right first time.

We have answered 97 out of every 100 calls to 0300 303 1717 on time and you were satisfied with 98 out of 100 calls to us.

We received 28 formal and seven informal complaints between October and December, 2015. This is down on the previous quarter.
