How to report a repair or a fault:
Telephone 0300 303 1717 and Press One for our dedicated repair service, between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. Please, remember that we are likely to experience a larger number of calls following a public holiday and during extreme weather conditions.
Click on the “Report a repair” tab on the home page or the “Report It” tab beneath the top banner.
By text, type the word “repairs” followed by your name and message to 60030. We will get back to you within one working day.
In an emergency, outside normal working hours, ring 0300 303 1717.
Help us to make sure your repair is done properly and promptly by giving us:
- Your name.
- Your address.
- A contact phone number.
Also, please give us as much information as possible about the problem. For example, if calling to report a leaking pipe, tell us where the pipe is, i.e the pipe under the kitchen sink leading to the cold water tap, whether water is gushing from the pipe or just dripping. If we are unable to establish what is wrong, someone will call at your home to see what work is required.
If we are able to diagnose the repair we will agree with you a date for your appointment. You will also be offered the choice of either a morning or afternoon visit.
Please make sure someone is at home to avoid us making a wasted journey. If you need to change your appointment, contact us on 0300 303 1717, Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm.
When will my repair be fixed?
You will be given an appointment at a time that is convenient to you. If your job is an emergency it will be completed within 24 hours.
