Jen has 30 years experience of working in social housing, having started her career as a repairs clerk at a local authority. Her last role was leading Meres and Mosses Housing Association in North Shropshire through Large Scale Voluntary Transfer (LSVT) to become a successful organisation, delivering on promise to tenants.

Jen has worked in Local Government, Tenant Management Organisations and for both traditional and Large Scale Voluntary Transfer housing associations, and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Housing.

She lists her housing passions as, people and performance.  She and her family have moved to South Wales, which is where her husband was born and where they have extensive family

David lives in Abergavenny and is a CIMA qualified accountant with a strong commercial and manufacturing background who has operated at Finance Director/Board level for around fourteen years.

David's most recent post was Finance Director at Axiom Manufacturing Services Ltd in Newbridge, where he was head of Finance, HR and IT for an £18million turnover contract electronics manufacturer employing around 215 people.

Simon has considerable experience in asset management having worked at a senior level in Housing Associations for over 14 years.  He has led in the development of the overall strategies, establishing contracts and through to the delivery of maintenance plans with annual budgets in excess of £20m.  He has also been responsible for the management and growth of in-house contractors.

He has been involved in the corporate management of Housing Associations for the last seven years giving him a broad base of knowledge and skills across all areas of the business.

Prior to working for Housing Associations, Simon worked for building contractors and developers in the private sector having qualified as a Civil Engineer.

Andrew joined Tai Calon from Selwood Housing in Wiltshire where he was Head of Neighbourhoods. A Member of the Chartered Institute of Housing, Andrew has worked in the social housing sector since leaving university 18 years ago.

He has previously worked for local authorities and housing associations in the South West and South of England, including Sovereign Housing, Bristol, Gosport and Portsmouth councils.
