Tai Calon’s full team of Tenant Liaison Officers are now in post, to help and support tenants whose homes are receiving kitchen and bathroom upgrades, new roofs and central heating systems.

Tenant Liaison Team

When our contractors are working in your home, it is very important to Tai Calon that you have a regular point of contact.


Tai Calon’s team of Tenant Liaison Officers (TLO’s) are there to help and support you if your home is receiving a kitchen and bathroom upgrade, new roof and central heating system.


The team will be responsible for presenting you with kitchen choices, making sure that you are fully informed as the work progresses, and to provide support to those of you who need it.
