Property and Assets Team

Our Property and Assets Team carries out your repairs, monitors the quality of repairs completed and manages the improvements programme to meet the Welsh Housing Quality Standard. The team also ensures that all properties undergo annual gas servicing and co-ordinates any other cyclical maintenance work such as external painting programmes.
