Tai Calon’s aim is to put our customers at the heart of everything we do. Our teams are there to meet your needs.

When you first speak to us, your enquiry will more than likely be handled by one of our Customer Service Advisors. They will be able to deal with requests on a range of issues including rent enquiries, advice on dealing with antisocial behaviour, housing application advice or repairs queries.

All members of our Customer Service Centre will do their utmost to solve issues at the time of calling. Any enquiries that they are unable to resolve for you, will be passed onto our teams of experts.
