Tackling Antisocial Behaviour

Reporting Antisocial Behaviour

You can report Antisocial Behaviour by any of our usual contact methods. You can find details on our ‘Contacts’ page, of how you can get in touch with us.

We will investigate all reported antisocial behaviour promptly and efficiently.  We will work in partnership with other agencies to provide support to victims, and take action against people who commit antisocial behaviour.

If you report an incident of antisocial behaviour, we will discuss the details of the complaint with you and explain to you what action we will take. We will also give you details of any support we can provide for you.

We will also explain who you should contact at Tai Calon, if there are any further problems, and we will keep you informed of our progress dealing with the problems you have reported.

In most cases we will write to, or interview the person allegedly causing the nuisance, and ask for their views on the nature of the complaint.  If they have been causing the nuisance we will ask them to change their behaviour.  We will tell them about the action we will take if they do not comply with their tenancy agreement.

Should the antisocial behaviour continue, we may need you to help us collect evidence by keeping records of incidents.  Where the nuisance or antisocial behaviour is serious, we will take legal action against the person concerned, which may include applying to the courts for possession of the property.
