Our pet policy
As stated in your tenancy agreement, Tai Calon expect you to keep under control any animals kept at your home, and not to keep any animal that may cause damage to your home or a nuisance or annoyance to other persons in the neighbourhood.
While our estates are generally kept clean and tidy, we still receive complaints regarding dog fouling from time to time. Tai Calon believe that all tenants and residents should be able to enjoy their surroundings and common areas, while being free from the annoyance of dog mess.
We are currently working with the local dog warden service to make regular visits to areas to make sure that dog owners are being responsible, and that they are not allowing their animals to foul or roam free.
Roaming dogs will be impounded by the dog warden, and a fee will need to be paid in order for them to be released.
