How long will the works take?
The duration to undertake the internal works in your home (working days) is as follows:
- Rewire 5 days
- Kitchen 10 days
- Full refurbishment (kitchen/bathroom/rewire) 15 days
- Heating 5 days
A combination of any of the above elements will be a maximum of 15 days.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, all of the above works will normally be carried while tenants remain in their homes.
