Our Tenant Liaison Officers
It is important to Tai Calon that when our contractors are working in your home you have a point of contact.
Tai Calon’s full team of Tenant Liaison Officers (TLO’s) are now in post, to help and support tenants whose homes are receiving kitchen and bathroom upgrades, new roofs and central heating systems.
Emma Ridout, Fernando Greco, Cath Griffiths and Ceri Morgan will be responsible for making sure that tenants are fully informed as the work is ongoing, presenting tenants with kitchen choices and providing support to those who need assistance. Once the work starts, their main concern is your satisfaction. Your dedicated TLO will visit you regularly and keep you informed every step of the way.
Our Tenant Liaison Officers will be contactable by telephone from 8.30am to 5pm.
Depending on the work to be carried out in your home, you should expect:
• The TLO (and the contractor if necessary) to visit you at survey stage to discuss if you have any special needs/requirements that Tai Calon/ the contractor needs to be aware of prior to the work commencing
• To receive a reminder letter 14 days and 7 days prior to the works starting in your home.
• The TLO will visit you the week before to remind you how to prepare for the work and supply you with boxes if necessary.
