Attending to repairs

When you report a repair, a time scale for attending to this work will be given to you depending on the type of work needed.

Non urgent repairs, where at all possible, will be booked into our appointment system and you will be offered a date with either an AM or PM appointment. AM appointments fall between the hours of 8.00am and 1pm, and PM appointments fall between the hours of 1.30pm and 4.30pm.

All of our staff carry identification badges and wear Tai Calon uniforms. If you would like to check the identity of any contractor before they enter your home, you can do so by contacting our Head Office or repairs line, on 0300 303 1717.
