Your New Rent Payment Card

Keep an eye out for your new rent payment card in the post, this card allows you to pay your rent in more outlets than before. It can be used in Post Offices and at all shops displaying PayPoint, to find your nearest outlet visit

To make a payment, hand your card along with your payment to the cashier. Your payment will be processed and your card will be returned with a receipt which you should keep.  You also can make a payment via our new automated telephone line using your debit or credit card on 0300 303 1717 or you can pay via This service is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Please destroy your old rent payment card and start using your new one. If you have any problems using your card or to report your card lost, stolen or damaged please call us on 0300 303 1717 and we will arrange to send a replacement.
