Customer Service excellence award..again!

It was a great effort by staff and also a big thank you to a number of tenants who took part in the assessment. We retained all our “compliance plus” marks, which are given for examples of best practice, but we also received an extra “compliance plus” mark for our work supporting the wider community during the first lockdown. The assessor commented that these are rarely awarded during an annual review, however it was clear to see how Tai Calon went the extra mile to support others during these challenging times, so we very much deserved it.
