Director of Resources

We are looking for an energetic and driven person to lead our Resources team. You will be someone who can inspire, engage and mentor teams that are working hard to bring developments that span our whole organisation. The Resources directorate has big ambitions, and the teams within all have big plans that are closely linked to the delivery of our Corporate Plan. These include areas of Culture Change, IT Improvements, Customer Service and Value for Money.

We need someone who will confidently embrace future finance challenges; demonstrate problem solving and innovative thinking to deliver decarbonisation of  Tai Calon’s homes by 2030; enable teams that are supporting all of us working at Tai Calon to develop our culture of empowerment, teamwork and trust.

Regardless of your professional background, you’ll understand the importance of affordable housing. Our development programme is getting under way and this presents us with exciting future opportunities. You’ll embrace the principles of the Foundational Economy and the opportunity for key anchor organisations such as Tai Calon to support the development of the local economy. As an engaging and team focused leader, you will be able to develop an open and trusting relationship with our funders, regulator and other partners.

Salary: Circa £85,000
