We understand the effects of the current cost of living crisis, if you do fall into arrears with your rent there are ways we can advise and support you. We know it can be stressful to talk about, but please don’t wait until you owe a large amount of money before reaching out to us.

If you receive Universal Credit, report your new rent from 6 April in your journal to make sure you get the right payment.

Home Armed Forces Community Covenant

Armed Forces Community Covenant

Tai Calon is pleased to have signed up to the Armed Forces Community Covenant with Blaenau Gwent Council as part of a Government initiative to promote a greater understanding between the military and the general public. A Community Covenant is a voluntary pledge to encourage charities, local authorities, businesses, communities and individuals to work together with the armed forces community to offer support to service for current personnel and their families, reservists and veterans.
