The 2026 UK’s Best Workplaces in Charity & Not-For-Profit list was revealed this morning by Great Place to Work UK and Tai Calon has been recognised in the large organisation category.

We’re proud to once again be recognised as a Great Place to Work and as one of the best workplaces in the charity & not-for profit sector.

Our place on the is shaped by feedback form colleagues through our annual employee engagement survey, giving us an honest picture of how people feel about working at Tai Calon and the culture we’ve built together.

To put together the Best Workplaces™ list, Great Place To Work® UK asked people working across charities and not-for-profit organisations to share what it’s really like to work for the organisation.

The survey covered things like work-life balance, job satisfaction, feeling valued and fulfilled, feeling safe to speak up and financial wellbeing. It also looked at whether people have a consistently positive experience across different teams and roles.
