We are holding our 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Monday, 14 September 2026, at our office at Solis One, Rising Sun Industrial Estate, Blaina, NP13 3JW.
Refreshments: From 3.30pm
AGM: 4.00pm–4.45pm
As a valued shareholding member of Tai Calon Community Housing, your participation is important. The AGM is an opportunity to hear about Tai Calon and take part in important decisions about the organisation.
At the AGM, members will be asked to vote on:
- The appointment of Board Members
- The appointment of External Auditors
Unable to attend?
If you are unable to attend the AGM in person, you can still exercise your voting rights by completing and returning the Proxy Voting Form, which was included with your invitation letter.
Proxy forms must be received by Thursday 10 September 2026. Unfortunately, forms received after this date cannot be accepted.
Transport assistance
We can arrange transport assistance for members who require support to attend the AGM. To make arrangements, please contact Joanne Paton at joanne.paton@taicalon.org
