Occasionally, you may need to access services provided by Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council (BGCBC), such as reporting potholes, a broken streetlight, making a payment, or applying for a place for your child in nursery school and lots more. My Services and the Blaenau Gwent mobile app are easy ways to contact the Council.
