Home Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council Services

Occasionally, you may need to access services provided by Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council (BGCBC), such as reporting potholes, a broken streetlight, making a payment, or applying for a place for your child in nursery school and lots more. My Services and the Blaenau Gwent mobile app are easy ways to contact the Council.

You can report, request, apply and pay for Council services online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. https://www.blaenau-gwent.gov.uk/my-services/

Set up an account. 

Registration is simple and takes less than 3 minutes. All you need is an active email address.  Using your relevant app store, you can download the Blaenau Gwent app on any smartphone.

On registering, you can:

  • Track the progress of everything you have submitted.
  • Receive updates on your reports, requests and applications.
  • Receive information on the Latest News and Events
