Our office will be closed on Monday, 4 May, for the bank holiday. If you have an urgent repair, please call us on 0303 031 7171 — our out-of-hours team will be available to help. We’ll be back open as usual on Tuesday, 5 May. Please bear with our Customer Services team that morning, as call volumes may be higher than usual following the bank holiday.

Home Ending your tenancy

If you are thinking of ending your tenancy with us, you must:

  • give us notice in writing four weeks before leaving your home
  • make sure your rent account is clear
  • your keys are returned to us by 8am on the Monday your tenancy ends.

We will contact you when we receive your notice to arrange a home visit.

Returning your keys

You can return your keys by placing them in a key safe that we will install at your home once your notice is received, or you can drop them into our office in Blaina.
