Our office will be closed on Monday, 4 May, for the bank holiday. If you have an urgent repair, please call us on 0303 031 7171 — our out-of-hours team will be available to help. We’ll be back open as usual on Tuesday, 5 May. Please bear with our Customer Services team that morning, as call volumes may be higher than usual following the bank holiday.

Home Davy Evans Court

Davy Evans Court in Abertillery was built in 1993 and is our most modern of our Supported Living schemes.

Situated close to the town centre and local amenities, the scheme also has its own small car park for residents.

The 25 one-bedroom flats are spread across four floors, which can be accessed by stairs or a lift.

There is also a guest bedroom available for visitors to the scheme.

The flats have new kitchens and bathrooms. The electrical wiring has recently been updated to meet the Welsh Housing Quality Standard.

Davy Evans Court has wide pleasant corridors, a large communal lounge, as well as its own hair dressing salon.

The building offers a safe, warm environment and there is the support of a Scheme Manager between Monday and Friday.
