Home Llangynidr Road Residential Development

Project Overview: The development comprises seven new homes, including three two-bedroom houses and four one-bedroom flats. It represents a £1.9 million investment, supported by £1.4 million of Welsh Government grant funding and remains on programme for completion in November 2026.

The homes are being delivered in partnership with P&P Building & Roofing Contractors Ltd, a local contractor with a significant proportion of its workforce drawn from Blaenau Gwent, alongside the continued support of Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council.

The new homes will offer high levels of energy efficiency, using modern construction methods and renewable energy technologies to help keep heating and energy costs as low as possible for residents—supporting both affordability and environmental sustainability.

  • 3 two-bedroom homes
  • 4 one-bedroom flats
