Thank you to everyone who took part in our recent STAR survey. Over 540 tenants shared their views, and your feedback is really important to us.

We’re pleased to say that most tenants are happy with Tai Calon, and our results are similar to previous surveys.

Many of you told us you feel safe in your home and trust us as your landlord. You also said that repairs are working well overall, and that your rent offers good value for money.

We know there are still things we need to improve. Some of you told us you’re not happy with how anti-social behaviour is dealt with and others want to feel more listened to and involved.

We also understand that different people need different things, whether that’s quick repairs, easy-to-use services, or extra support when it’s needed.

We’re using your feedback to:

  • Improve how we deal with anti-social behaviour
  • Keep repairs quick and reliable
  • Make it easier to access our services
  • Make sure more tenants feel heard and involved
