We’re sorry if something hasn’t gone as you’d expected.
If you’re unhappy with a service you’ve received from Tai Calon, we want to know. You have the right to tell us when something hasn’t gone well, and making a complaint will not affect your right to receive our services.
Your complaint gives us the opportunity to understand what happened, put things right where we can and learn from your experience.
