Project Overview: Willis Construction Ltd, a reputable Welsh contractor with over thirty years of experience, commenced constructing Glanffrwd development in Ebbw Vale on February 6, 2023. The initiative aims to alleviate the local housing shortage, featuring 23 energy-efficient homes. Work was completed in October 2024 and the homes were fully occupied by the new residents by the end of November 2024.

4 Three-person, 2-bed bungalows
4 Two-person, 1-bed walk-up flats
