  • By Direct Debit

  • Online via our website

  • At any PayPoint outlet or post office with your rent card

  • Over the phone

If you’re having difficulty paying in full, don’t worry. Our team can work with you to set up a manageable repayment plan based on your circumstances. Ignoring the problem won’t make it go away — talking to us will.
