A recent letter from a tenant in Tredegar has brought some wonderful feedback, following the successful installation of a new air source heating system.

In the handwritten note, Mr. R expressed how pleased he and his family are with their new heating system, praising the professionalism and helpfulness of the installation team:

They have been very helpful explaining to us how to operate the system… Please express our thanks to all the boys that worked in our house they were really first class and very pleasant.

The project forms part of our ongoing decarbonisation programme, delivering low-carbon heating solutions across our housing stock. The positive feedback not only highlights our goal to 95% customer satisfaction but also showcases the strong collaboration between our organisation, Gas Tech Wales, and technology partners.
