ASB App
The Noise app is still currently live but will be expiring soon. When switching to the ASB app, your housing officer will be in touch to support you. If you have anything saved or logged on the noise app, this will be recorded and archived by your housing officer.
If you have a smartphone you can download the ASB App. This is a tool that enables you to collect and submit noise recordings, diary sheets, videos, and photographs for us to review.
Setting up the ASB App
When you report ASB to us, we will send you a link to allow you to register for the app. You’ll be prompted to register your ASB App account, and then you will be able to upload any evidence. You can download the app here but you will need to wait for our registration email before your account is activated.

What happens next?
Once we’ve received evidence, we will be in touch to discuss it and may agree an action plan. If the situation is ongoing, you will need to keep submitting evidence using the app.
If we’ve asked you to submit evidence within an agreed timeframe and do not receive any evidence from you, we may be unable to investigate further. If this happens, we’ll let you know and deactivate your access to the app. You’ll need to restart the process with us to reinstate your access should the ASB continue.
