We will only cut down or cut back trees when they pose a health and safety issue or where a nuisance recognised in legal terms exist.

We will not cut down or cut back trees for the below:

• Blocking of views❌
• Dropping of leaves ❌
• Reduced sunlight ❌
• Bird droppings ❌
• Interference with satellite or TV signal ❌
• Overhanging branches, unless dangerous ❌
• Tree roots ❌
