Home Repairs How we fix things Inspections

Most inspections take place within 20 working days, but for damp and mould reports we do things differently.   An inspection helps us understand what’s needed and the best way to put things right.

What happens after the inspection?

We will explain:

  • What we found
  • What work is needed
  • When your repair is expected to be carried out: Emergency, Everyday, Bigger or an Investment
  • What happens next
