Tai Calon provides a repair and maintenance service that ensures your water, electricity and heating are all working correctly and safely. We keep your home wind and water-tight, as well as improve it’s energy efficiency. Helping to save money and reduce harmful carbon emissions that contribute to climate change.

Your responsibilities include being a good tenant and neighbour, keeping your home and garden in good order, and carrying out any necessary minor jobs. This includes decorating, minor plaster repair, clearing wastes and gullies. Our “Who is Responsible for repairs” page explains these in more detail.
